This is an English translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Polish text (tab "PL").
1.1. These terms govern use of the Good Saddles online store and the conditions for concluding sales contracts.
1.2. Store owner: Balotade Maciej Sobótka
1.3. The store operates by mail-order / shipping sales only.
1.4. The online store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.1. Product prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

2.4. After placing an order, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
2.5. Each transaction is confirmed with a VAT invoice or electronic receipt (e-paragon).
2.6. Available payment methods include: online payment, payment card, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where offered), and payment on personal pickup (where offered).
3.1. Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.
3.2. Shipping cost is added to the order value and shown before the purchase is finalised.
3.3. Personal pickup is possible after prior arrangement.
4.1. In accordance with consumer law, a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before it expires.
4.3. Returned goods should be sent to: Kościelna 6c, 73-150 Łobez, Poland.
4.4. Goods must be in an undamaged condition, the same as at purchase.
4.5. NOTE: Return parcels must not be sent cash on delivery; such shipments will not be accepted.
4.6. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, after verification of their condition.
5.1. Promotional product quantities are limited.
5.2. Promotional offers do not combine unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
5.3. Free extras are not exchangeable and are not subject to complaints.
6.1. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
7.1. Complaints should be submitted in writing to contact@goodsaddles.eu with the subject: COMPLAINT.
7.2. Due to the nature of the products (used goods), complaints are accepted only for hidden defects that were not visible in photos and not described in the product listing.
7.3. A complaint should include: description of the issue, order date and number, delivery date, date the defect was discovered, contact details, customer request, and signature (for written complaints).
7.4. Complaints are processed within up to 7 days of receipt.
7.5. If a complaint is justified, the store may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent, or refund the purchase price.
7.6. Replies are sent to the e-mail or postal address indicated by the Customer.
7.7. If a complaint is rejected, the store agrees with the Customer whether the goods are returned at the Customer's cost or disposed of.
7.8. Refunds are made to the bank account indicated by the Customer or by postal order.
8.1. E-paragon is an electronic fiscal document issued in accordance with applicable law.
8.2. Issuing an e-paragon requires the Customer's consent by accepting these terms.
8.3. E-paragons are issued via the eparagony.pl system.
8.4. Access is via a unique link sent to the e-mail provided in the order.
8.5. If you have access issues, check your SPAM folder and contact the store.
8.6. The store may send an additional SMS notification when an e-paragon is issued.
9.1. The controller of personal data is the store owner listed in section 1.2.
9.2. Data are processed for: performance of sales contracts, newsletter (with consent), and commercial information (with consent).
9.3. The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure or portability, restriction, objection, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9.4. Data are kept until deletion is requested, the store ceases operations, or legal bases for processing expire.
9.5. If data accuracy is in doubt, the controller may request updates or block the service until the matter is clarified.
10.1. Users may not copy, modify or distribute content, photos or logos without the rights holders' consent.
10.2. Publishing other people's personal data without consent is prohibited.
11.1. The administrator may change these terms.
11.2. Users will be informed by publishing new terms on the store website and/or by e-mail.
11.3. Changes apply from publication and concern future transactions only.
12.1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Civil Code, consumer rights act, act on electronic services, and GDPR as applicable.
12.2. These terms enter into force on the date of publication.
